Our Production Facility consists of a powerful HP E-60 Server and an equally powerful backup server connected to 50 Workstations on a Local Area Network with a Switch Backbone of 100 MBPS with high levels of Data Security features. We have the flexibility of using any Transcription Software as per the client's requirement.
For downloading files, we have two 1 Mbps broadband connections. A dedicated FTP site address can be provided depending upon client's specification from where the client can download and upload the data.
We have flexibility to use various Voice Files Playing software like Playall, Worldplay, Crescendo, Wavepedal, TransAid, Transapp etc., which would give the client an option for any kind of Voice File format. To improve and enhance the productivity standards, we use highly sophisticated Foot Pedals, which are compatible with all the above-mentioned softwares.
We use MS Office 2000 as our primary Text Editor with the latest Stedman's Medical spell checker. We also have an option of using WordPerfect (all versions) as a text editor. In addition, we also use Quick Look Drug Index, Stedman's Medical Dictionary 4, Instant Text 3, American Heritage Dictionary and Webster's English Dictionary (Electronic Edition).
To provide required backup in case of any power crisis, we have installed 500 VA UPS per system and a standby 50 KVA Generator at our premises to make our working interruption free. |
